MY REVIEW
The Anniversary is about relationships. The story starts of in the past Jack and Stella had only been going out with each other for less than 4 months when he asked to marry him. Stella had two children with Jack. Something absolutely unbearable happens to Stella and Jack.
Stella and Jack now have both new partners. Jack is married to Lisa who is much younger than him.
Jack and Stella’s daughter Eve decided that now she was old enough she would see her parents separately to avoid the unbearable tension that existed between them. Even though Jack had been a crap father to Eve, she still would see him.
Further on in the story Eve has her own life to lead and more develope for Stella, Jack and Lisa who is Jack ‘s wife. I have read many books by Hilary Boyd and enjoyed them all.
