My Review
I haven’t read the other four installements, so I’m reading the fifth installement Defy me with a fresh set of eyes. The first few pages I was glued to with Juliette with powers making her kill six hundred people all at once. What a surprise Juliette isn’t who she thinks she is.
I think personally that the author Tahereh Mafi has worked really hard creating these cast of characters and writing five installements. I know for a fact it’s really difficult writing one book let alone writing five installements. My full appreciation to Tahereh Mafi for writing five installements.
As I’ve enjoyed reading Defy Me, I would like to at some point like to read from book one Shatter Me.
