MY REVIEW
Sands of Time is a brilliant book full of eleven excellent short stories. I think Beatrice Snipp is very gifted in able to write short stories, stretching his imagination and thinking outside the box.
Each one left me still thinking about the collection of short stories.
My favourite was about a man who buys a pair of trousers from a charity shop, pulling out £20 each time he put his hand in the trouser pocket, imagine that ! if we could pull out £20 each time we put our hand into our jeans! Think of all that money how fabulous that would be. What I liked about this story in particularly this is just like what a magician might do on Britian’s Got Talent with cards, and I love watching magicians on TV, don’t we all do and don’t we all want to know how did they just do that? Just as my minds boggles how did the author come up with that clever idea. I have to tell you that my favourite short story about this characters magic still keeps going over and over in my head again and again. Although I think it’s difficult to have a favourite story within this collection, I think that maybe everyone may have a favourite or two.
My tip today is buy this book Sands of Time as right now on Amazon it’s a bargain at just £3.99
I wrote this book when my wife told me to stop talking during the first week of lockdown. After about a week I had written an assortment of stories reminiscent of the Twilight Zone writers Rod Serling, Charles Beaumont and Ray Bradbury I am told..The following lockdown weeks I wrote a further two longer stories. One science fiction and the other an erotic lover story. As the short book was finished first my wife Chris said that for my next birthday and Christmas present she would pay for the printing. Knowing this would keep me out of her hair for a while longer. Not knowing the cost to afterwards. So now I need about 10000 of you to buy this, so that I can use the money to print a further two books and pay for the first.You never know it is a strange old world.

I use my mothers maiden name, as she died in 1963.
As two copies of the book go straight to the British library.
So perhaps when I go she will still have something that has her name on it and not forgotten.
