Adam’s deepest wounds are abandonment and betrayal. He’s spent years searching for that special someone who can fill his desolate world with love and trust. He thought he’d found her once, but instead got dragged into a dangerous criminal underworld that tore his wounds wide open and left him broken.
But as he falls in love, Adam fights back hard and fast against the darkness that surrounds him. Fidelity, bravery, and integrity become his values, and he’s sticking to them. That is until he meets Ella, the tender-hearted soul mate he’s yearned for. Now suddenly there’s more at risk than just himself.
Adam’s an all or nothing kind of guy. How far will he go to keep Ella safe? And will Ella have enough faith in him to love him anyway?
My Review
We all know that having an affair is dangerous. Faith in Him is like a film rolling! Once I read started to read the first page I was hooked into who is lying. Adam’s girlfriend Rita who is high on drugs, has been sleeping with another man, Antonio, who has stolen one of Rita’s brother’s Juan, avocado shipments. Juan is ready to shoot Antonio for stealing avocados shipments, when Rita tells her brother, Juan it was him, meaning her boyfriend Adam, why would Rita, say that accusing Adam who did nothing but love her, cared for her and tried to get her clean from her drug habit. This triangle of who is lying made me want to discover for my self if it was really Adam, which played a part in stealing avocados shipments. Or was it Rita’s man that she was having an affair with?
I would like to thank Kelly Lacey at love books Group for sending me a paperback copy of this book and for inviting me to be part of the blog tour.
