MY REVIEW

I’m giving my biggest shout out today, go and immediately buy One Last Secret by Adele Parks, you will love the whole story of power, sex, money and revenge.

Adele Parks has always remained my top favourite author for many years. I have read many of her books. One Last Secret is my absolute favourite.

Adele has never gone along these lines, writing about, power, sex, money and revenge. Thats what I like about Adele Parks she always pushes the boundaries coming up with a different clever topic every time she writes a new novel.

No little girls grows up dreaming of becoming an escort.

31 year-old Dora is the highest end of the sex worker scale, narrates what it’s like to be an escort girl.

Dora receives all of her escort work through Elspeth that runs the escort agency.

It is Elspeth who claims all the money electronically that her escort workers are paid, so the girls don’t have to handle money. Dora is often paid tips that she keeps to herself.

The one rule Dora has is to meet her clients, in hotels, rather than the clients homes as she believes that she is safer in hotels.

Dora, lives comfortably by being an escort, owning her own flat in London. Evan, her mega rich boyfriend is the only man she has ever slept with properly. Both come from completely different backgrounds. Dora has always had to work to get her money. Evans want to marry Dora, but he wants her to give up being an escort.

Dora has been recommended by a client to go and have sex with, a friend of his, but unfortunately in this kind of work there are always risks of dangerous men. For Dora, this night goes horribly wrong, the man wears a mask giving Dora some injuries.

After Dora leaving the sex world behind her to marry her boyfriend, she is offered one last job, by her regular client to go to France to one of his friends promotion party with him and pretend that she is his girlfriend. But being in the sex industry sleeping with many men, she finds the man who beat her in France at the party.
