MY REVIEW
My biggest shout out today! Don’t miss A Fatal Crossing by Tom Hindle.
The last thing that you would expect is a murder aboard a ship. Well in November 1924, aboard the Endeavour ship, a young boy screams when he sees a dead body.
An elderly gentleman dressed in a black suit had been found dead at the foot of the steps. With the puddle of blood, from the elderly man, unfortunately it looked like he been killed.
This scene sounds quite frightening as it seems they might have a killer aboard. It’s a dreadful experience for all the passengers since they all found out about the death of the poor elderly man, leading them all to be worried. As for the people who work on the ship far as they are concerned accidents happen, people die.
But a detective is on board, who questions the Captain and wants to conduct an investigation. He wants to see the body.
The thing is the detective knows, when the ship docks and it’s passengers disembark, the Captain will be allowing the culprit to walk free into the streets of New York. I loved reading this unique setting for a murder investigation.
A Fatal Crossing has been so successful I’m delighted that everyone is talking about it. I highly recommend reading A Fatal crossing if you value reading mysteries. As for me I can’t wait until author Tom Hindle publishes his next mystery book The Murder Game, because I’m so desperate to read and review it.
I would like to thank Penguin for sending me this brilliant thriller to read and review
