Watch him open a new delicatessen in the worst place imaginable. See him ruin poor Georgina the Goat’s birthday. Be amazed as Walli Hog and Clifford Platypus take on many jobs so they can pay off the turkey’s huge debts. And then see Aubrey hold a magic show, full of rubbish tricks but ending with the most amazing spell ever cast. Once again, stories packed with fun, silliness, naughty behaviour and happy endings.

Please enjoy the stories. And don’t be afraid to laugh, particularly as Aubrey’s expense. But please, please, please – continue to remember to keep the latest position of the island top secret!

MY REVIEW

I find the books about The Island of Animaux very funny. It’s a real pleasure to back reading another book in the series by Milo McGivern, with his incredible imagination of animals that can talk and do unbelievable exciting things.

Milo McGivern has become one my top favourite children’s authors after reading a few titles of his very unique funny books in the series.

I confess my lips are sealed of where the cast of animals live as it’s top secret. And what makes the series of The Tales from Animaux is in every book the animals live somewhere completely different.

The whole series of Tales from Animaux is so much fun, that children will love readings all of them.

Children adore making things out of paper and so does Clifford and Walli. But what they made, can be rolled-and kicked along the path until Walli kicks it down a drain.

How funny is this, a toilet is made into Caffe e Gelato, with a Turkey with a curly moustache, speaking in Italian, serving.

But Turkey looks a little familiar just like Clifford’s and Walli’s friend Aubrey. The question is are they right?

I was so hooked into this story, so I know children are in for a real treat with reading Coffee and Ice Cream. A lot more happens but, I’m not revealing.

I do hope that children will get all the book series of Tales from Animaux in their Christmas stocking. 🧑‍🎄📚
