I have been so excited to read about Winnie the Witch for a very long time.
As soon as I opened the cover it revealed the most gorgeous illustrations in like little picture frame style of all the books that have been adapted, and once I had finished the story I was amazed to find more beautiful little picture frame style of more books that have been published. Here are just a few pictures frame style illustrations that Winnie the Witch books.
About the story
Winnie the Witch lived in a lack house with her black cat, Wilbur. The only trouble was in a black house with a black cat, she could only see Wilbur when he sat on a chair with his eyes open. But soon as Wilbur closed his eyes to go to sleep she couldn’t see him. And to make matters worse, when Wilbur sat on the black carpet with his eyes open Winnie couldn’t see him and tripped over him.
Abracadabra! I absolutely love the idea Winnie the Witch comes up with, using her magic wand to turn Wilbur the cat into different colours so she can see him better, or can she?
I’m honestly hooked right into these children’s books about Winnie the Witch and I would love to read more books in the collection. I’m just blown away by the marvellous bright colourful illustrations, they are just eye popping brilliant. Winnie the Witch is just so exciting, children will absolutely have so much fun reading them. Winnie and Wilbur Winnie The Witch is the very best Christmas present ever 🧑🎄👍
