MY REVIEW
I have never read a ballet story like, I Feed Her to the Beast And The Beast Is Me. This clever novel is perfectly described as full of desire, ambition, perfection and sacrifice.
Although this book is for 14 years + I throughly enjoyed it. I can tell you that this story is very suitable for adults too.
In the Ballet Academy, ballerina’s look half starve and pale. There’s ripe competition among them where there was a strict code, that ballet shoes had to perfect.
We all know life isn’t fair, and Josephine Moreall rise to fame in the ballet world, happened an inappropriate way. Rife rumours from the ballerinas is that Josephine Moreall is a witch, who drinks blood, and crafts spells with humans hair.
The reason I wanted to read this unusual story about ballerinas is because I did ballet from a young age, let me tell you it’s hard work when you want to be the best, and I was the best. My ballet teacher made me stand in the front of all the other girls, that copied what I did, I was told if I go wrong they will go wrong, thankfully I never put a step wrong.
You don’t have to love ballet or dancing to read this unusual page-turning novel.

Jamison Shea was once a flautist, violist, anthropologist, linguist, choreographer, dancer, professional fire alarm puller, digital producer, and account executive—but they’ve always been a writer.
Born in Buffalo, NY and now surrounded by darkness and gloom in Finland, when Jamison isn’t writing horror, they’re drinking milk tea and searching for long-forgotten gods in eerie places. https://jamisonshea.com/ https://www.instagram.com/wickedjamison https://www.twitter.com/wickedjamison
