MY REVIEW
The Lifeline is a lovely heartwarming romcom story. Isn’t it really kind of volunteers handling crisis lines? There’s always someone in need of advice, just to hear a friendly voice at the end of the phone. In The Lifeline story, Will has been very kindly been volunteering at Green Shots crisis line for five years, answering the phone, to people who are need of help or who just phone in for a chat, some are regular callers. Will tells callers, that some callers use a safe name, rather than their real name. One caller, Annie, met a bands frontman while in Paris. Coincidences really do happen, during Annie’s regular calls to Will, they have find out that there’s an connection between them. This is one novel, that delivers, to touch all our hearts in more ways than one. My biggest shout out today, The Lifeline, by Tom Ellen needs to go on your to buy list, because you won’t be able to put it down!
