MY REVIEW
Ann Bryant is my favourite author. I just adore this author’s fantastic imagination with the aliens series. Searchlight The Rock is book 1. It’s an amazing fresh idea being made into a brilliant short fiction book series.
I have currently read and reviewed book 2, and now with just reading this first book in the series, all I now must do is read book 3.
This book 1 is about A mother, with her twins Zane and Finola, crash-land on Earth from planet Sevent. On planet Sevent, life was very different from Earth. They all had their own language. On Earth the alien family, will have to learn a new language. the twins mum has a job working, while Zane and Finola, were hidden away from being seen.
With no phones, the twins mother gets telepathic messages from their dad.
The one thing that Zane and Finola, wanted to do was meet other Earth kids, and go to school.
Their fears were, that their dad might not have even arrived on Earth.
Zane, Finola and their mum, became frightened as they watched the news, a scientific research company, want them to come forward so they can carry out research on them.
Children and middle grade readers you are in for a real treat with a big surprise set within this incredible alien series.
